Blue-collar workers schedule and environment can be unpredictable in comparison with someone who works in an office. The premise on employee benefit, work schedule and salary varies with industries. Some employer may offer 2 pay schedules in a month while some have irregular pay schedule dependent on job roles.

There’s no cookie-cutter fitting on how people are using On-Demand Pay. So, how can we best meet their needs and truly understand the challenges that comes within their work environment?
