Empathise with Malaysian working adults on personal financing, lifestyle, patterns, and any struggles they may face along with their current way of solving the problem.

• Full time employee
• Pass Probation
• b40’s & m40’s income earners

Background & Problem Area

The financial wellness space in Malaysia has yet to be extensively explored. With many financial and digital offerings of e-wallets, there’s aren’t many emphasis on the financial wellbeing of working adults. We don’t know what we don’t know.

What opportunities can we identify in the financial wellness space?

Here are some questions asked during our research:

• When do you typically receive salary from your employer?
• When was the last time you receive your salary late?
• What are the first 3 things you’ll do with your salary?
• Who pays for the bills in the household?
• When was the last time you pay your bills late?
• Where do you usually shop and how do you pay for it?
• Rate your comfortability level on speaking with your employer about financial emergencies
